Customers may note that some VCS connected resources (Workspaces, Policy Sets, Registry Modules) have failed to ingest into Terraform Cloud, and may need to be retried now that the incident has passed.

Our engineering team is investigating an issue with elevated 500 errors in Terraform Cloud, particularly for VCS integrated resources.
During this time, users may experience the following: 500 errors for requests on VCS integrated resources (workspaces, modules, policy sets) and failure to ingest those resources when triggered from webhooks.
